Victoria H. Gibney, PhD, MPH

I use quantitative methods and an interdisciplinary approach to answer policy-relevant questions at the intersection of antipoverty policy, children and families, and economic well-being. I earned my PhD in Public Policy and Public Administration from American University in Washington, DC and have a Master of Public Health from the University of Florida.

My goal is to connect social science with policymaking to make a material difference in the lives of families with low income through reduced economic precarity.
